We are an independent CRO based in the U.S. that offers pre-clinical medicine research in top-notch, GLP certified research laboratories in Kiev, Ukraine. Our testing sites are supported by the UNAMS and Health Department and provide support for commercial development of new drug discoveries as part of their core mission. Our business was created to offer the high quality, inexpensive services of these research sites to start-up bio-tech companies in the U.S. and EU, thereby offering a smart option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We offer a broad range of pre-clinical research including drug safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharma screening, bioavailability, bio-equivalence , and extensive in vitro and in vivo screening for anticancer activity.
Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price preclinical testing far below other Contract Research Organizations since we have a very low overhead in the United States and perform all trials in Kiev where personnel and facility costs are much lower. Our staff in the U.S. is comprised of only of the organization principals who work directly with clients; we don’t have any marketing expenses aside from our site, and no head offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase costs. We have much lower study conduct costs in Kiev due to much lower personnel rates and are happy to provide our best pricing for long-term and more intricate preclinical trials where labor is the greatest portion of the overall price. Because we utilize the same reliable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we don’t have any cost advantage on these materials and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical tests. However, regardless of your trial protocol and length, our goal is to provide our customers the best possible value for their investment.
